Over 200 students from various schools and colleges had the opportunity to witness the demonstration of BrainProt. The event was graced by esteemed chief guests, Dr. V Narayanan, a Distinguished Scientist in ISRO and currently the Director of Liquid Propulsion Systems Centre (LPSC), and Prof. Subhasis Chaudhuri, the Director of IIT Bombay. Release of BrainProt 3.0: Empowering Neuroscience Research with Omics-Based Insights
We are excited to release BrainProt Version 3.0. This is a novel omics-based knowledgebase with 6 domains, aimed to accelerate neuroscience research globally. The knowledgebase aims to provide an easy and robust framework to access and visualise omics data of the Human Brain and its associated diseases/disorders. The objectives of BrainProt support and follows the footsteps of the HBPP (Human Brain Proteome Project) of the Human Proteome Organization (HUPO).
